How it's measured
Observe
We read each company's own careers board directly, every day. No job boards, no aggregators, no inference.
Record
Every req gets a first-seen and last-seen scan. A req that disappears between two observed scans is a closure; a matching title reopening within 270 days is a repost.
Publish
Per-company measurements: live postings, closures in the last 90 days, median days open, reposts. The same numbers behind every product on this site.
